摘要: Abstract In situ forming hydrogels with simple sol–gel transition are more practicable as injectable for drug delivery and tissue regeneration. State-of-the-art in gelling systems can easily efficiently be formed by different mechanisms situ. Chitosan is a kind of natural polysaccharide that widely exploited biomedical applications due to its good biocompatibility, low immunogenicity specific biological activities. Chitosan-based have already gained much attention smart biomaterials the development several applications, such regeneration medicine. Herein, we review typical based on chitosan involved hydrogel forming, report advances chitosan-based gels Finally, prospects also discussed brief.
