摘要: The hybrid plasmid-replication initiator protein RepDC, which is a fusion of the catalytic fragment RepD and DNA-binding RepC from Staphylococcus aureus, has been successfully crystallized X-ray data to 3.5 A have collected on synchrotron radiation source. Crystals belong space group I4132 with unit-cell dimensions = b c 165.1 A. crystals are estimated contain one monomer per asymmetric unit, 55% solvent content.
