Malignant melanoma arising from nevi, p53, p16, and Bcl-2: expression in benign versus malignant components.

摘要: Antecedents: L'etiologie des melanomes malins a ete l'objet de nombreuses etudes. Les genes-suppresseurs tumeurs p53 et p16 ainsi que l'antiapoptose Bcl-2 jouent un role dans l'emergence la progression melanomes. Objectif: Comparer l'expression genes p53, les composantes benigne maligne developpes sur naevus cellulaire prealable. Methodes: Vingt cas prealable ont selectionnes en vue l'etude immunohistochimique du gene (D07) CDK4I/MTS-1/INK ⇐4, qui detecte fois types-sauvage mutant, Bcl-2, l'aide d'un complexe avidine-biotine sectionstformolees ancrees paraffine. Resultats: Quinze presentaient une immunoreaction 5 20 % composante maligne, sans expression correspondante benigne. Le revele reactivite nucleaire forte 14 faible 6 autres cas. La montrait coloration noyaux 18 cytoplasmique tous On observe allant moderee benignes malignes 9 Enfin, L'expression etait negative 11 Conclusion: Dans le l'immunocoloration n'est exprimee tandis donnent lieu decroissante prennent aspect different par comparaison avec benignes. Ces resultats penser modification localisation infracellulaire regulateurs cycle pourraient contribuer au mecanisme tumorogenese.
