摘要: The present invention is directed to methods of isolating particles, such as nucleic acid-containing particles or microvesicles, from a biological sample and extracting acids therefrom, wherein the cerebrospinal fluid. further provides for aiding diagnosis, prognosis, monitoring evaluation disease other medical condition in subject by detecting biomarker associated with thereof.
