摘要: This review addresses recent relevant advances to clinical nutrition regarding gastrointestinal disease surgery. Medline Ovid, EMBASE and Central were searched systematically in April 2014. Inclusion criteria randomized controlled trials, non-randomized trials observational studies evaluating nutritional support surgery published within 5 years. The included 56 studies. Themes were: screening risk factors predict outcome; preoperative support; shortening fasting periods including carbohydrate solutions; early after surgery; immune modulating nutrition; synbiotics, growth hormone, omega-3 oral, enteral parenteral combination. Screening for is profound, with special focus on dietary intake the past week. Age severity of need be system. Patients at severe benefit from therapy before New standards are developing quickly guidelines should include updated knowledge nutrition.
