摘要: This review addresses recent relevant advances to clinical nutrition regarding gastrointestinal disease surgery. Medline Ovid, EMBASE and Central were searched systematically in April 2014. Inclusion criteria randomized controlled trials, non-randomized trials observational studies evaluating nutritional support surgery published within 5 years. The included 56 studies. Themes were: screening risk factors predict outcome; preoperative support; shortening fasting periods including carbohydrate solutions; early after surgery; immune modulating nutrition; synbiotics, growth hormone, omega-3 oral, enteral parenteral combination. Screening for is profound, with special focus on dietary intake the past week. Age severity of need be system.
