摘要: Background We explore the benefits of applying a new proportional hazard model to analyze survival breast cancer patients. As parametric model, hypertabastic offers closer fit experimental data than Cox regression, and furthermore provides explicit functions which can be used as additional tools in analysis. In addition, one our main concerns is utilization multiple gene expression variables. Our analysis treats important issue interaction different signatures
