摘要: Patients’ perception of health-related quality life (HRQOL) is a consistent and powerful predictor the outcome end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients under dialysis. This study aims to identify factors that could affect HRQOL ESRD online hemodiafiltration (OL-HDF). We evaluated 322 OL-HDF (59.63 % males; 64.9 ± 14.3 years old) from five dialysis units in north Portugal. Socio-demographic data, comorbidities, hematological iron status, adequacy, nutritional inflammatory markers were collected records. Patient’s reported score was assessed by using Kidney Disease Quality Life-Short Form (KDQOL-SF). showed mean (±SD) 53.17 % (±15.31 %) SF-36 total score, 50.17 % (±9.51 %) mental component summary (MCS) 49.75 % (±9.44 %) physical (PCS). Red cell distribution width (RDW), feminine gender diabetes found as significant predictors HRQOL, which accounts for 12 % explained variance. Patient satisfaction, RDW, body mass index identified PCS, 22 % Furthermore, patient satisfaction dry weight MCS. These accounted 28 % Our results coexistence diabetes, erythropoietic disturbances are suggest more attention should be given woman patients, improvement anemia diabetic who prone perceive worst HRQOL.
