摘要: Glioma is a worldwide malignancy, which displays significantly active metastasis and angiogenesis. Interaction between long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) microRNAs (miRNAs) has been shown to play crucial role in regulating tumor properties. However, the potential of lncRNA X-inactive specific transcript (XIST) function as miRNA regulator its relevance glioma tumorigenicity angiogenesis have so far remained unclear. Expression analysis XIST cells revealed significant up-regulation. Interestingly, silencing repressed both metastatic pro-angiogenic ability vitro well vivo. Subsequent studies that expression inversely correlated with miR-429 cells; modulated by directly targeting gene sequence. In addition, inhibitor restored gliomas abolished XIST. Our data provide insight into key roles lncRNA-miRNA functional network gliomas, can aid developing new therapeutic strategies for through clinical trials.
