摘要: An in-system debugging (ISD) capability is incorporated into a production microcontroller. The ISD without the costly addition of any extra pins to read out data for by using oscillator microcontroller data. Building such an microcontroller, enables be performed on actual board (instead special debug board) having bond-out microcontroller). This allows designers programming system instead emulation system.
