摘要: Abstract In the present study, a 126-day experiment was carried out under controlled conditions to compare effects of prebiotic (galactooligosaccharide), probiotics ( Enterococcus faecalis and Pediococcus acidilactici ), synbiotics (galactooligosaccharide + galactooligosaccharide + ) on growth performance, indices nutritional efficiency, in vivo apparent digestibility coefficients nutrients, digestive enzymes, hemolymph indices, biological responses juvenile crayfish Astacus leptodactylus (6.18 ± 0.31 g) against 48-h Aeromonas hydrophila exposure challenge. The maximum specific rate (2.32% day − 1 voluntary feed intake (2.68% body weight day survival (93.67%) as well minimum conversion ratio (2.07) were observed fed with diet. highest means organic matter (85.33%), crude protein (91.67%), fat (82.33%), gross energy (83.67%) measured diet p indicated activities phenoloxidase, superoxide dismutase, lysozyme, nitric oxide synthase injected (77.67%) higher than that control (8.33%) other diets (58.33–72.33%) E. faecalis g + 10 g kg galactooligosaccharide used be optimum
