摘要: Abstract Laser photolysis was used to eliminate selectivity non- desirable (toxic, carcinogenic, photosensitive) molecules in complex solutions for applications various fields, such as the farm-produce industry, cosmetics, perfumes or biology. The principle of this experiment is based on tuning laser wavelength an absorption band non-desirable which are excited and then dissociated. Destruction monitored by spectral changes, photoproducts can be characterized gas chromatography mass spectrometry. advantages technique its rapidity, situ reaction quantitative elimination. Examples including destruction thujone extract Salvia, bergapten essential oil Bergamot, safrole Sassafras phycocyanin phycoerythrin Porphyridium cruentum presented discussed.
