摘要: A new intense green light-emitting phosphor, the Eu2+-doped (BaO–BaCl2–SiO2) phosphor system, was synthesized at 800°C by conventional high-temperature solid-state reaction. Its structure and luminescence properties were investigated using thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD), diffuse reflection spectra, photoluminescence (PL) excitation (PLE) spectra. The spectrum reveals that this can be efficiently excited near-ultraviolet (UV) light blue in wavelength region covering 280 480 nm, which perfectly matches emission of near-UV diodes (LEDs). It emits an peaking 502 is promising to develop possible applications for white LEDs.
