摘要: Abstract This article describes a genetic algorithm capable of fast search for optimum parameters ion-optical systems with various types reflective mirrors. Such an is effective tool solving optimization problems in ion and electron optics, where the use analytical methods direct programming becomes ineffective or impossible, stochastic variants consuming costly. Genetic addition to standard developer tools software environments such as SIMION-8-3D.
