摘要: Abstract Postoperative right (RV) and left ventricular (LV) volume characteristics in patients with complete transposition of the great arteries were studied to compare function after Senning Jatene procedures analyze RV dimensional change during systole procedures. end-diastolic (EDV) was 181 ± 74% normal (mean standard deviation) ejection fraction (EF) 0.48 0.09 15 who underwent procedure. In 9 procedure, LVEDV 152 27% LVEF 0.61 0.09. One patient aortic regurgitation, 1 regurgitation residual septal defect, generalized LV wall hypokinesia unknown cause had large LVEDVs. Pulmonary EDV EF within ranges except persistent pulmonary hypertension, EDVs low EFs regardless anatomic type ventricle, either or right. The study group showed a reduced systolic shortening anteroposterior diameter compared preoperative normal. This may be related postoperative adhesion free anterior chest fixation atrium secondary intraatrial repair. conclusion, systemic repair for is depressed by unavoidable residua sequelae: anatomy ventricle and, possibly, adhesions. contrast, when no serious complications are present. shows procedure unless hypertension persists.
