摘要: A total of 267 infants and children who underwent the arterial switch operation for transposition great arteries in 6 years before Jan. 1, 1988 six main Japanese institutions were entered into this review. The current status patients surviving more than 1 year after evaluated along with early operative results. One hundred forty-six had an intact ventricular septum, 103 a significant septal defect, 18 so-called Taussig-Bing anomaly type. Eighteen less 28 days age, 73 to 5 months 176 older age at time operation. overall mortality rate was 35% first 3 12% recent years. There difference between primary two-stage repair (22% versus 10%, p = 0.047) septum. type B or C coronary Yacoub, Radley-Smith's classification significantly higher that other types (86% 18%, 0.0001). 156 survived operation, 44 (28%) noted have supravalvular pulmonary stenosis (greater 20 mm Hg). This complication common operated on newborn period. Trivial mild aortic regurgitation 29 (19%) (24% 14%). Aortic prevalent whom implanted slits U-shaped defects those whose punched-out holes made root (28% 8%, 0.049). Normal sinus rhythm present 97% 154 left ejection fraction within normal range 115 catheterization
