摘要: At present, wear investigations of total hip replacements are performed in accordance with the ISO standard 14242, which is based on simplified kinematic and force data gait cycle. The aim this analytical study was to generate parameter sets daily life activities order replicate more realistic joint load situations testing. Hence, published vivo motion were evaluated adjusted using techniques. created kinematically dynamically consistent comprised time trajectories three Cardan angles describe femur respect pelvis components, representing contact force. include walking, knee bending, stair climbing a combined case sitting down standing up. Additionally, sequence following frequency presented. Differences angular motions forces comparison 14242-1 pointed out. results offer possibility extend kinematics dynamics test protocol support loading conditions simulators comprehensive set loads close reality.
