摘要: AbstractThe antimalarial activities of crude extracts and 17 fractions from the partition 80%-methanolic three plants (the stem bark Croton mubango, Nauclea pobeguinii leaves Pyrenacantha staudtii) used as remedies in Democratic Republic Congo were studied both vitro (against Plasmodium falciparum) mice infected with Pl. berghei berghei. The toxic effects dried aqueous also investigated, uninfected mice. most active vitro, median inhibitory concentrations (IC50) <1 μg/ml, found to be methanolic dichloromethane C. N. Py. staudtii. extract activity was that mubango (IC50=3.2 μg/ml), followed by probeguinii (IC50=5.3 μg/ml) then staudii (IC50=15.2 μg/ml).Results in-vivo tests activit...
