摘要: This article introduces the basic concepts of modeling neonatal brain injury and provides background information regarding each commonly used types stem cells. It summarizes findings preclinical research testing therapeutic potential cells in animal models injury, reports briefly on status clinical trials, discusses important ongoing issues that need to be addressed before cell therapy is repair injured brain.
