摘要: A central step in the initiation of chromosomal DNA replication eukaryotes is assembly pre-replicative complex (pre-RC) at late M and early G1 phase cell cycles. Since 1973, four proteins or protein complexes, including division control 6 (Cdc6)/Cdc18, minichromosome maintenance complex, origin recognition (ORC), Cdt1, are known components pre-RC. Previously, we reported that a non-ORC binds to essential element Δ9 Schizosaccharomyces pombe DNA-replication ARS3001. In this study, identified Sap1. Like ORC, Sap1 origins during growth But unlike which asymmetric AT-rich sequences through its nine AT-hook motifs, preferentially sequence 5′-(A/T)n(C/G)(A/T)9–10(G/C)(A/T)n-3′ (n ≥ 1). We also found ORC physically interact. further demonstrated required for pre-RC because role recruiting Cdc18 origins. Thus, conclude replication-initiation factor directly participates fission yeast defined by possessing two elements with one bound other
