摘要: A technique on high frame rate(28fps), frequency co-registered ultrasound and photoacoustic imaging for visualizing zebrafish heart blood flow was demonstrated. This approach achieved with a 40MHz light weight(0.38g) ring-type transducer, serving as the transmitter receiver, to allow an optic fiber, coupled 532nm laser, be inserted into hole. From wire target study, axial resolutions of 38µm 42µm were obtained imaging, respectively. Carbon nanotubes utilized contrast agents increase signal level by 20dB in phantom studies, successfully observed.
