摘要: The study of nucleic acid hybridization is facilitated by computer mediated fitting theoretical models to experimental data. This paper describes a non-linear curve program, using the `Patternsearch' algorithm, written in BASIC for Apple II microcomputer. advantages and disadvantages microcomputer local data processing are discussed.
