摘要: Pityriasis rosea is an acute, self-healing exanthem characterized by oval erythematous-squamous lesions of the trunk and limbs, that usually spares face, scalp, palms, soles. Constitutional symptoms, which have character true prodromes; clinical features, resemble those known exanthems; many epidemiologic data all suggest infectious origin. A host agents been incriminated, but, recently, human herpesvirus 6 7 extensively studied. The goal this review to outline epidemiologic, clinical, histologic, ultrastructural features pityriasis rosea, but mainly stress its possible nature.
