摘要: CCC will provide advice on the 4th carbon budget period – covering 2023-2027 in December 2010. As part of underpinning evidence base for this advice, commissioned major energy modelling study, focusing mid-term (2020-2030) uncertainties feasibility, costs and trade-offs alternate pathways towards meeting 2050 target.
