摘要: This paper presents a linear programming model to study the conjunctive use of surface water and groundwater for optimal allocation in Taiwan. Increasing demand emphasizes proper need effective planning development irrigated resources. A simulation was performed construct hydrogeological structure regional Pingtung Plain southwest part Taiwan withdrawal three irrigation areas analysed. The ratios allocating canals are analysed this research. distribution rate each canal depends on season, methods crops, which two paddy rice one upland crop.
