摘要: Softening or melting behavior of the organically-modified siloxane hybrid gels and glasses in system RSiO3/2 R2SiO2/2 (R: methyl phenyl) has been investigated to obtain a new family low-melting glasses. The RSiO3/2–R2SiO2/2 showed softening temperatures around 50–100 °C. temperature single-component glasses, which were obtained by corresponding at above temperature, increased heat-treatment 200 °C, finally no behavior. On other hand, PhSiO3/2–Ph2SiO2/2 binary tendency saturate after longer heat treatment over h. These facts indicate that present organically modified will be potential candidate for glass.
