摘要: The sequence of retrograde atrial activation premature ventricular beats was studied in 12 patients without pre-excitation syndrome. Forward and AV nodal conduction times were within normal limits. septal low right (LRA2) deflection inscribed 25 to 55 ms (ave: 37.9 ms) before the left (LLA2) electrogram 35 75 53.7 ahead high (HRA2) deflection. LLA2 preceded HRA2 8 patients, more or less coincided with 3 cases, 10 1 patient. In all cases a decrease coupling (St1-St2) interval resulted proportional increase LRA1-LRA2, LLA1-LLA2, HRA1-HRA2 intervals. Atrial echoes occurring had arrival excitation at recording sites which similar ones shown by same during pacing. This is keeping existence an upper common pathway located above area where functional longitudinal dissociation occurred. Thus, it concluded that impulses emerging from node direction reach atrium they activate explored sites, regardless as whether arise ventricles atria.
