摘要: Lung transplantation has had increasing success worldwide and it became an acceptable treatment modality in end-stage pulmonary diseases. The insufficient supply of donor lungs, resulting prolonged waiting time, the significant rise patients on list, have forced most experienced centers to redefine lung criteria including marginal allografts. Existing standard been established first period activity, based mainly opinions individual experiences rather than existing evidences: paucity donors may be also explained by rigid application these criteria. quality organs a impact early long-term recipient outcome. Recent studies demonstrated that use did not affect late outcome, significantly increased number transplants performed. aim this paper is review how main selection changed they influence
