摘要: Purpose: This study was done to examine the effects of abdominal breathing on VAS-Anxiety (VAS-A), blood pressure, peripheral skin temperature and saturation oxygen in pregnant women preterm labor. Method: The design a matched control group interrupted time series. Forty-six gestational age were assigned either experimental (26) or (20). Data collected between March 2007 May 2008. For treatment performed 30 times, which took 5 minutes, did one set 5-minute daily for three days. collection before after measure VAS-A, saturation. Descriptive, , Mann-Whitney U tests used analyze data with SPSS/PC+Win 15.0 program. Result: there significant decreases VAS-A (Z=-4.37, p=.00), systolic pressure (Z=-3.38, an increase (Z=-4.50, p=.00) (Z=-3.66, p=.00). Conclusion: These findings suggest that labor results anxiety(VAS-A) including biological evidences such as increases Further longitudinal is needed lasting obstetric neonatal outcomes following breathing.
