摘要: Biliary tract complications after liver transplantation are common, and the evaluation of newer treatment options compared with standard surgical is important. In 62 transplants performed in 55 adult patients, biliary was reconstructed choledochocholedochostomy (CC) 52 (84%) Roux-en-Y choledochojejunostomy (RYCJ) 10 (16%). Seventeen occurred 16 patients (29%). The incidence same CC RYCJ. Eight (47%) within first month nine (53%) thereafter. Only 6 17 (35%) required operation. One patient died a complication. No other allografts were lost due to complications. Four transplanted at centers also treated, for total 21 Overall, there bile leaks, eight duct strictures, two Roux loop hemorrhages, one choledocholithiasis, ampullary dyskinesia. Temporary or permanent stents used successfully seven strictures. Five leaks managed without Nonsurgical management appropriate selected majority late choledocholithiasis transplantation.
