摘要: We have reported previously on measurements of surface potential Teflon-FEP foils charged by the impulse method (up to 2 kV peak and /spl sim/1 microsecond rise time) in a planar geometry. In this work, we propose model that explains those results, based Townsend's pre-discharge theory air gap. The numerical results are good agreement with experimental for gaps from 20 80 mu/m.
