摘要: Numerous alleles of the HLA-A gene have been serologically identified. In this report we present a rapid and straightforward means to assess polymorphism at genomic level. Using 5' 3' HLA-A-specific DNA probes Southern blotting, placed recognition sequences for five endonucleases relative coding regions 15 alleles. These data permit two interesting conclusions: four studied are associated with unique restriction fragments, cross-reactive group more closely related level than noncross-reactive
