摘要: Background: The Sysmex XT-2000iV is a laser-based, flow cytometric hematology system that has been introduced for use in large and referral veterinary laboratories. Objective: purpose of this study was to validate the counting erythrocytes, reticulocytes, platelets, total leukocytes blood from ill dogs, cats, horses. Methods: Blood samples diseased animals (133 65 73 horses) were analyzed with CELL-DYN 3500. Manual reticulocyte counts done on an additional 98 canine 14 feline manual platelet 55 samples, compared automated results. Results: Hemoglobin concentration, RBC counts, WBC highly correlated those (r≥0.98). Systematic differences occurred MCV HCT. MCHC poorly all species (r=0.33–0.67). impedance count dogs both (r=0.99) optical (r=0.98). included such results agreed better than Sysmex. Canine well (r=0.90) counts. Feline aggregate (r=0.86) but not punctate (r=0.50) counts. Conclusion: performed as horses variety hematologic abnormalities. In addition, detected platelets provided accurate
