摘要: Objective: To investigate the time course of tinnitus changes in patients receiving cochlear implantation (CI) a prospective, multicenter setting and to determine related factors. Materials Methods: A total 79 adult who underwent CI were included this study. We used same questionnaires sequentially 5 times. The Visual Analog Scale (VAS) for severity, Tinnitus Handicap Inventory (THI), Beck's Depression Index (BDI), Brief Encounter Psychosocial Instrument (BEPSI) stress assessment. Results: was present 59 (74.7%) study subjects. After CI, eliminated 10 (25%) improved 16 (40%) 40 completed final questionnaires, most reduction occurred early period use. In an analysis psychological functioning with BDI reduced significantly after CI. Multiple linear regression revealed that preoperative auditory steady-state response (ASSR), THI, score associated Conclusions: Most within 1 month use, ASSR, scores 6 months is valuable therapeutic modality deafened ear.
