摘要: The objectives of this study were to characterize the features tinnitus in patients with profound sensorineural hearing loss and evaluate effect cochlear implantation (CI) on their tinnitus. Medical records reviewed for 35 who underwent CI, completed questionnaire between March 2003 August 2011. Of them, 22 had prior CI (62.9 %) group was older than non-tinnitus (47.5 ± 15.1 vs. 28.9 15.2). mean handicap inventory (THI) score 50.5 28.7 before surgery, THI visual analogue scale (VAS) scores loudness, annoyance, life, awareness decreased significantly after a follow-up period 10.7 months.
