摘要: A case of a fibrovascular polyp the sigmoid colon is reported. The patient tested positively for fecal occult blood on mass survey colorectal cancer, and underwent colonoscopic examination which revealed pedunculated submucosal tumor in colon. tumor, about 10 mm diameter, had short thin stalk was removed endoscopically; histological diagnosis polyp. This extremely rare discussed, particular attention focused unusual endoscopic features appropriate management.
