摘要: Mycological and insect penetration studies were evaluated on paddy, rice wheat stored for six months (at RT accelerated condition) In Jute, Poly Propylene (PP) High Density Poly Ethylene (HOPE) woven sacKs. Thirty different species 01 lungi belonging to Ihe genus Aspergillus, Mucor, Rhizopus, Alternaria, Panicll/ium. Cladosporium some mycelia sterile isolated by decimal dilution technique. Aspergillus Sp. was predominant in almost all the samples analyzed. Total fungal counts varied considerably among commodity paddy harbored higher number of fungal population than wheat. The at condition exhibited total deterioration of within 15days due rapid fungal growth end 30days of storage, visible colonies observed surface grain. Based mycological analysis it is evident that HDPE sackS are more Suitable for storage food grains traditional Jute
