摘要: The anterolateral thigh (ALT) perforator flap is based on the septocutaneous or musculocutaneous perforators from lateral circumflex femoral vessels. Each artery should be accompanied by 2 veins. Anomalies of anatomy in subfascia and intramuscular layer are rarely reported. This study analyzed 6 anatomic variations subfascial to level out 1043 ALT flaps performed 2005 2007 China Medical University Hospital Taichung, Taiwan 2004 E-Da Kaohsiung, Taiwan. included (1) 1 4 accompanying veins, (2) vein, (3) tortuous (4) with no (5) veins artery, (6) vein only. These were believed causes total partial failure after excluding all other possibilities such as vessel kinking injury during dissection. Further, nearby anteromedial tensor fasciae lata considered alternative cases unusual anatomy. contralateral was also necessary some cases. However, must if used safely reliably.
