Anterolateral Thigh Perforator Flap

摘要: The anterolateral thigh (ALT) perforator flap is based on the septocutaneous or musculocutaneous perforators from lateral circumflex femoral vessels. Each artery should be accompanied by 2 veins. Anomalies of anatomy in subfascia and intramuscular layer are rarely reported. This study analyzed 6 anatomic variations subfascial to level out 1043 ALT flaps performed 2005 2007 China Medical University Hospital Taichung, Taiwan 2004 E-Da Kaohsiung, Taiwan. included (1) 1 4 accompanying veins, (2) vein, (3) tortuous (4) with no (5) veins artery, (6) vein only.
