摘要: Abstract 1. The effects of actinomycin D (an inhibitor DNA-primed RNA synthesis) and puromycin protein have been studied in two different biological systems: amphibian eggs the unicellular alga Acetabularia mediterranea . 2. Actinomycin D, even after microinjection, does not stop cleavage eggs; it interferes with gastrulation and, especially, nervous system formation. 3. Puromycin also inhibits differentiation eggs. 4. Anucleate fragments , contrast to nucleate ones, can form caps presence D. Later growth these is, however, inhibited. 5. morphogenesis both anucleate halves ; effect is reversible former, but abnormalities regeneration are frequent under conditions. 6. results discussed context modern theories molecular biology (intervention messenger RNA's, formation polysomes, possible role cytoplasmic DNA, etc.).
