摘要: A high-frequency model of iron-powder core inductors is studied. The skin and proximity effects that cause the winding parasitic resistance to increase with operating frequency are considered. inductor self-resonance due capacitances also taken into account. response compared an experimentally tested inductor. first self-resonant determined from plot measured reactance allows for calculation capacitance. Equations derived in a closed form. Expressions giving AC as function given. These expressions allow accurate prediction power loss over wide range. calculated values impedance magnitude end phase, real imaginary parts impedance, inductance, quality factor plotted versus compared. Theoretical results were good agreement those measured. Therefore, it demonstrated discussed equivalent circuit has matching Moreover, simple, immediate understanding behavior can be easily used computer simulations electronic circuits. >
