摘要: Increasing evidence of intratumor heterogeneity and its augmentation due to selective pressure microenvironment recent achievements in cancer therapeutics lead the need investigate track tumor subclonal structure. Cell sorting heterogeneous subpopulations tumor-associated cells has been a long established strategy research. Advancement lasers, computer technology optics led new generation flow cytometers cell sorters capable high-speed processing single suspensions. Over last several years was used combination with molecular biological methods, imaging proteomics characterize primary metastatic populations, minimal residual disease cells. It principal method for identification characterization stem Analysis may improve early detection tumors, monitoring circulating cells, evaluation chemotherapeutic treatments. The aim this review is provide an overview major applications approaches prospective developments such as microfluidics microchip technologies.
