摘要: This study explores the corporate social responsibility or CSR reporting of top 8 Malaysian owned and operated hotel chains. Using content analysis this report examines what how do local chains their activities. finds to be limited primarily focused on community based initiatives. And despite its growth popularity especially among young, websites remain minimal. As such, several recommendations have been made encourage more websites.
