摘要: Synthetic peptides were employed in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays to identify group-common linear epitopes the structural and nonstructural proteins of enteroviruses. Nine recognized by using sera from patients with heterotypic immunoglobulin G antibody responses enterovirus infections. The most-reactive derived conserved regions amino-terminal part VP1, whereas representing sequences other as well VP2, VP3, VP4, a region showed no or poor reactivity.
