摘要: Abstract The glycerol-related racemic derivatives 1a–15a and 1b–15b have been resolved by hydrolysis transesterifications using lipase B from Candida antarctica. Influence of substrate structure for the enantiomeric ratio E has explained on basis previous molecular modelling. values equilibrium constants Keq calculated ees eep measured throughout reaction, ping-pong bi-bi mechanism computer program EK however, latter gave irreversible conditions.
