摘要: The dependence of water for catalytic activity varies widely different enzymes W. Some have a rather flat curve where high is retained over wide range content, while others bell-shaped curves and display optimum only narrow range. Furthermore, some shown very good retention under nearly anhydrous conditions. From the data it obvious that optimising reaction conditions both with respect to enzyme product formation requires thoughtful consideration how will affect activity. Further, this also reveals necessity parameter connecting hydration employed.
