摘要: Strength of the bond root canal sealers to gutta-percha seems be an important property for maintaining integrity apical seal. In few studies published, different models and assessment methods were used. The purpose our study was adapt effective easily reproducible model test it on nine contemporary commercially available endodontic sealers. Gutta-percha disks with a diameter 10 mm thickness 2 prepared by warming cones then fixed plaster in 1-inch phenolic rings. Five-millimeter long sections polyethylene tubing, filled freshly mixed sealer, placed tested shearing strength after setting. A custom-made holder attached rings Instron machine, which activated at cross-arm speed 0.5 per minute. ranged from 0 MPa 6.4 MPa. ranked, those that did not differ statistically their grouped together. This provides simple means measuring vitro
