摘要: Abstract To the present time, Brunn's nests have been conceived as being result of pinching off epithelial from urothelial buds. Mucosal cysts were considered to originate nests. In study, it was observed that under influence a strong stimulus repair, cells in proximity focus repair undergo numerous mitoses. The underlying connective tissue becomes loose, isolated lining urothelium “drop off” into lamina propria which they migrate culture medium. There multiply and form at distance urothelium. These migrating frequently an early tendency become arranged cysts. Thus, during this process behave temporarily malignant cells.
