摘要: Introduction: Bladder outlet obstruction in younger men is often secondary to urethral stricture disease. In the older population it a result of benign prostatic hypertrophy. Materials and Methods: We describe diagnosis, treatment, outcome rare case Brunn’s cyst causing bladder 43-year-old male who was evaluated for obstructive urinary complaints. Results: Ultrasound cystoscopy revealed cystic lesion at neck. Transurethral unroofing resulted resolution symptoms resumption normal voiding. Final pathology structure with predominately denuded urothelium multiple submucosal cystically dilated von nests, most consistent cyst. A search literate reveals only one similar case. Conclusions: present young man.
