摘要: AIM: To present our experiences in studying the clinicopathological features of small nonfunctioning pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (NF-pNETs). METHODS: The subjects included 9 patients with NF-pNETs who underwent pancreatectomy between April 1996 and September 2012. surgical procedure, histopathological findings, prognosis were assessed. RESULTS: All incidentally detected by computed tomography. median diameter was 10 mm (5-32 mm). One patient diagnosed von Hippel-Lindau disease, others sporadic cases. For 7 G1; 1 G2; patient, whose tumor 22 mm, had carcinoma (NEC). a that 32 direct invasion to regional lymph node NEC, metastases. Six NF-pNETs, excluding smaller than mm. Tumors showed no malignancy lacked metastasis. CONCLUSION: Sporadic tend have less malignant potential. These findings suggest lymphadenectomy may be omitted for after further investigation.
