摘要: Endocan expression has been reported to be associated with aggressive tumor progression and poor outcomes in various cancers, such as breast cancer, renal cell lung gastric pituitary adenomas. However, the prognostic significance of endocan neuroendocrine tumors remains unknown. Thus, aim this study was determine correlation between pancreatic (PNET) tissues progression-free survival. This included 73 patients confirmed PNETs who were treated a single tertiary center north Taiwan 1992 2015. Immunohistochemical microvessel density (MVD) examined, relationships these parameters other clinicopathological characteristics analyzed. The abovementioned divided into groups according their levels (≥1% or <1%) median MVDs. Negative (P = .002) high MVD (P < .001) significant favorable factors for positive significantly low (P = .037) mitosis (Ki-67 index) (P = .028). Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that (hazard ratio: 4.778, P = .018) lymph node involvement 5.121, P = .005) independent recurrence. In conclusion, correlated clinical PNETs. Our data indicated may reliable marker predicting recurrence
