摘要: Results Differences in distribution of sex and age were observed for the ENETS TNM staging system. At Cox regression analysis, only system perfectly allocated patients into four statistically significantly different equally populated risk groups (with stage I as reference; II hazard ratio [HR] death = 16.23, 95% confidence interval [CI] 2.14 to 123, P .007; III HR 51.81, CI 7.11 377, < .001; IV 160, 22.30 1143, .001). However, UICC/AJCC/WHO 2010 compressed disease three differently classes, with most I, being distributed stages II–III (statistically similar) 9.57, 4.62 19.88, 9.32, 3.69 23.53, .94; 30.84, 15.62 60.87, Multivariable modeling indicated curative surgery, staging, grading effective predictors death, was second independent predictor survival absence information. Though both systems survival, showed very large intervals each stage, indicating an inaccurate predictive ability. Conclusion Our data suggest is superior supports its use clinical practice.
